Shipping policy

This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Effective for all orders placed on ariiston.com. Last updated: May 2025.

Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. You can also track your order any time from My Orders in your Ariiston account.

 

Add as a numbered step list:

1.   Order confirmed — You receive a confirmation email & SMS with your order ID immediately after payment.

2.   Order packed & dispatched — Within 1–2 business days you receive a shipping notification with tracking number and courier name.

3.   Out for delivery — Your courier will notify you on the morning of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

4.   Delivered — Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing. Note any damage on the courier receipt.
